Coffee Lam’s 5-Minute Bust Massage (8 Moves)
Move 1
Apply massage oil to hands. With steady pressure, circle along the outer rim and lower edge of the breast. Do 5 full circles.
Move 2
At the line below the collarbones (upper breast), make fists. From the center, push outward with the knuckles, then back to center, then out again. That’s 1 set; do 3 sets.
Move 3
Oil the underarm. Raise the arm. With a fist, glide from upper arm down to the armpit, then push horizontally toward the sternum. Do 5 times.
Move 4
Open the hand, place the web between thumb and index finger in the armpit. Sweep “bat-wing” flab forward into the armpit hollow. Alternate sides.
Move 5
